How safe is our data?⌄
Each institution's data is kept separate and no one else can see it. Birth registration, NID and health details are encrypted. Backups run every night, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.
What if there's no internet?⌄
Once opened, the app opens without internet. Attendance is kept on the phone and sent when the connection returns. Collecting money needs the internet, so receipt numbers and accounts stay exact.
Who pays for SMS?⌄
Messages go mainly from the school's own WhatsApp, at no cost. For SMS, the institution buys credits.
Can we bring in data from old registers or Excel?⌄
Yes. Import every student at once from Excel or CSV, with help matching the columns.
Do we need a computer, or is a phone enough?⌄
A phone is enough. A computer and printer in the office help with printing receipts.
If we leave, do we get our data?⌄
Of course. Download all your data as Excel and ZIP at any time. Data is kept for 5 years after you leave and can still be handed over then.
